I have seen nothing but mediocre reviews on thei game. It really is a fun game The two charavters are very different and that makes for a better game. Interesting missions. Decent graphics. Get this one cheap and enjoy!

In Empire Earth II – The Art of Supremacy Expansion, you get to choose from a wide variety of ethnic groups as well as time ranges – to try to build your culture’s influence and power.
This expansion brings on a few new unit groups – the Maasai, Zulus, Russians and French. They fall under an “African” grouping and you can play in the African region. In addition, you can create a fully customized civilization, mixing in elements from other civilizations that you appreciate. While this might not be historically accurate, it does really expand the fun of gameplay.
For those who have played Age of Empires or Rise of Nations, the general gameplay will make a lot of sense right off. You have troops, buildings, and a map with natives and enemies on it. Your quest is to slowly build up your culture so that it is stable, able to expand and to protect its borders.
The graphics are great. The game isn’t going for a ‘realistic’ look – these are obviously icons of tanks and structures, not actual, detailed versions. Still, it means you can glance at the map and know where your units are and what is going on quickly.
The sounds in general help gameplay without being obtrusive. This isn’t a game of deeply moving drama – it is a thinking, strategy game and the sounds help cue you in on what is going on.
Highly recommended for anyone who loves strategy games. It’s a game that you can enjoy for months on end.

Halo is a great game all round. The multiplayer never gets old. The campaign is great. It does not require much power or HD space.
The Halo Combat Evolved Multiplayer is pretty good. It is not the best system, but granted it is an old game. There are no dedicated servers but instead anyone can host a server which they fully control. But the thing that makes the multiplayer so great is the free download called Halo Custom Edition. This allows people to create maps (WARNING: It is not easy and is nothing like forge in Halo 3!) and then host them on servers for everyone to play. You can download these maps ahead of time for free and play with them online. Also the LAN feature is great and easy to use. You can host games over your network and play with other people on the network.
The campaign is really fun as well. But I don’t know what Jim (from Milford, OH United States) was saying because the campaign was definitly not “maybe 30 or 40 hours”. If I recall correctly it did not take me more then 10 hours maybe. But it was a while ago so I may be wrong. Still the campaign is fun nonetheless and is pretty cool.
The game does not require much power, the graphics are not the best but once again it is an old game. One of my favorites play it all the time, especially custom edition.
Highly recommend it you definitely should buy it.
Note: Also the compatibility is great. I’ve been able to run it on windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 with the slightest ease.

Despite long load times between scenes, this game is terrific and captures the eeriness of the television series perfectly.
The authors wisely chose a new story line, with a couple of new characters around which the game is built. The primary character interacts with the people we know so well–Jack, Kate, Sawyer, Locke, and Hurley. Michael, Jin, and Sun also play small “roles” in the game. All the characters do and say the things they would, in the actors’ voices, in each situation. You’re treated to a first-hand experience of the Smoke Monster, too. It’s like an immersion experience in the world of Lost.
The timing of the game is concurrent with the second season and some of the third. No romance between Kate and Sawyer, which I missed, but the game was sufficiently captivating to offset that minor loss.
What I like best is that like the characters we’ve come to love, the new characters central to the game are flawed and very human. There’s even some character development during the game that makes the mind-boggling ending believable and just right.
Hats off to the development team. If you’re up for creating a sequel, count me in! In the meantime, I’ll hone my skills with the Smoke Monster.
